Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Recurring services continue until cancelled in writing.

Client portal access is provided for the client's own business records. Sharing credentials or attempting to access another organization's records is prohibited.

LM3 retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
