This policy explains how LM3 handles information when you visit builtbylm3.com, submit a form, work with us on a project, or use the MY LM3 client portal.

• Contact and Build My Solution form submissions, including name, email, phone, and business details.
• Business and project information shared during proposals, onboarding, and delivery.
• Client portal account information, such as your name, email, and account settings.
• Support requests, change requests, messages, and meeting requests.
• Documents and files you or we upload to your client record.
• Billing records such as invoices, amounts, payment status, and subscription details.

Our website and application collect standard operational information, such as server and application logs, device and browser type, IP address, and session or authentication data used for security. We use this to operate the site, keep accounts secure, and troubleshoot problems. We do not operate an advertising tracking program.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another applicable payment provider. LM3 does not store full card numbers in its application. The payment provider receives the transaction and payment information needed to process your payment and handles it under its own privacy practices.

We use trusted providers to run the business — including hosting and database infrastructure, our payment processor, transactional email delivery, and any integrations your solution uses. They receive only the information needed to perform their function. We do not sell personal information.

Client portal data is protected by authentication and row-level access rules so each client account can access only its own records. Internal LM3 notes and other clients' records are not visible in your portal. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We keep information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and to meet business, legal, accounting, and security obligations. Records such as invoices and payment history are retained for the periods those obligations require.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. We honor valid requests subject to legal and business retention needs. Contact support@builtbylm3.com.

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are essential for authentication, security, and core site functionality. We do not run an advertising cookie program.

Our site and your solution may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

LM3 services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children.
